Who we are
AntroSys LLC ("AntroSys", "we", "us") operates antrosys.com. We are the controller of the personal information described in this policy, which means we decide why and how it is used.
This policy applies to visitors of our website, people who contact us, and prospective clients. If we process data on behalf of a client as part of a project, that client's own privacy notice and our written agreement with them apply as well.
Information we collect
We collect information in three ways: directly from you, automatically when you use the site, and occasionally from public or third-party sources.
- Contact details: name, email address, phone number, company and job title.
- Newsletter details: your email address and whether you are subscribed, if you sign up for our updates.
- Enquiry details: your goals, budget, timelines and anything else you choose to share with us.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, language, pages visited and referring URL.
- Preferences: your cookie choices and communication settings.
Job applicants
If you apply for a role through our careers page, we use what you send us (your name, email, phone, links, your message and, if you attach one, your CV) only to consider your application and to reply to you.
Your application is sent to careers@antrosys.com as an email, and a CV is delivered as an email attachment of up to 4 MB. We do not store applications or CVs on this website, and we do not run an applicant tracking system. They stay in our careers mailbox, and in our email delivery provider's logs while the message is delivered, and we delete them when we no longer need them.
How we use your information
We only use personal information where we have a valid reason to, and never in ways that are incompatible with the reasons below.
- To respond to your enquiries, prepare proposals and deliver services you request (contract and pre-contract steps).
- To run, secure, debug and improve the website and our services (legitimate interests).
- To send our newsletter, only after you sign up and confirm your address by email (consent). Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also write to us to be removed.
- To measure performance and understand what content is useful (consent or legitimate interests, depending on your region).
- To comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.
International transfers
We work with providers around the world, so your information may be processed outside your country, including in the United States. When we transfer personal information across borders we use safeguards such as standard contractual clauses and require providers to protect it to an equivalent standard.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy, or as the law requires.
- Enquiries that don't lead to a project: typically up to 24 months, then deleted or anonymised.
- Client records and contracts: for the relationship plus the period required for tax and legal purposes.
- Analytics data: kept in aggregated or de-identified form wherever possible.
- Newsletter subscriptions: until you unsubscribe or ask us to stop. We keep only a minimal record that you opted out so we do not email you again.
How we keep it secure
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls, least-privilege permissions, vendor reviews and regular updates.
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your rights, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA and similar laws), you may have the rights shown in the grid below. We'll respond to a verified request within the time the law allows, usually within 30 days, and we won't discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
To make a request, email connect@antrosys.com. We may ask you to confirm your identity first to keep your data safe. If you're unhappy with our response, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
